CNC Milling

Custom milled parts for prototypes and repeat small batches.

We machine plates, brackets, housings and structural components with pockets, slots, hole patterns and controlled mounting features. Projects are quoted from your drawing and actual requirements.

Drawing review before chips are made.

Geometry, stock size, cavity depth, wall thickness, tool access, tolerances and finish all affect the machining route and price. We review these points before production so that unclear requirements can be confirmed early.

A 3D model can support an initial quotation even when the 2D drawing is still developing. Before production, the drawing should identify critical dimensions, threads, fits, surface finish and inspection requirements.

Typical parts

  • Mounting plates and brackets
  • Electronic and instrument housings
  • Fixtures, guides and locating parts
  • Parts with pockets, slots and hole patterns
  • Non-standard replacement components

Materials we machine

  • Aluminum including 6061-T6 and 7075-T6
  • 304 and 316 stainless steel
  • Brass and general engineering steels
  • POM, PA6 and PA66 plastics
  • Other grades reviewed against the drawing

What affects price

  • Raw stock size and material removed
  • Number of setups and tool access
  • Deep pockets and thin walls
  • Tolerance and inspection scope
  • Surface treatment and packed quantity

Prototype first, then repeat production.

A first sample can be used to confirm assembly fit, hole positions, appearance and functional details before a larger batch. Once the part is approved, the confirmed drawing and inspection requirements become the basis for repeat production.

For appearance-critical aluminum parts, share a finish reference, color target or approved sample so blasting texture and anodized color can be agreed before the batch.
