Typical turned parts
- Shafts and locating pins
- Sleeves, spacers and bushings
- Threaded connectors and fittings
- Knurled nuts and adjustment parts
- Terminal pins and cylindrical components
We machine shafts, pins, sleeves, bushings, spacers, threaded fittings and other components based mainly on rotational geometry.
Material, outside diameter, overall length, threads, fits, surface roughness, tolerances, finish and quantity all affect the machining route. We review these details before scheduling the job and raise unclear points directly.
Quantities can be arranged around non-standard, replacement and repeat-batch requirements rather than fixed catalogue items.
CNC turning is normally suited to parts whose main features are concentric with the centreline. It is commonly used for controlled diameters, shoulders, grooves, bores, threads and end features.
If the same part also needs flats, cross holes, slots or off-centre details, the job may be better suited to turn-mill machining.
